3. User Accounts

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

All orders are subject to acceptance by KokanSwad. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Payment Methods

• Cash on delivery (COD) - limited to orders up to ₹2000

4.4 Payment Processing

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver our authentic Konkan flavors across India and beyond. We currently deliver to all major areas in Maharashtra and ship nationwide to bring traditional Konkan taste to customers across India.

5.2 Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 2-4 hours for same-day orders placed before 2 PM in Maharashtra. For nationwide delivery, standard shipping time is 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume.

5.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges apply based on your location and order value. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹500 within Maharashtra. Nationwide shipping charges apply for orders outside Maharashtra.

5.4 Delivery Instructions

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. If no one is available, we will attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. For perishable products, proper storage instructions will be provided.

6. Product Quality and Authenticity

We are committed to providing authentic, high-quality Konkan products made using traditional recipes. However, due to the nature of traditional products:

• Product availability may vary based on season and ingredient availability
• We reserve the right to substitute similar products if the ordered item is unavailable
• Traditional products may have natural variations in taste and appearance
• We guarantee authenticity and quality at the time of delivery
• All products are made without artificial flavors or chemicals

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for:

• Damaged or spoiled products
• Wrong items delivered
• Products not meeting quality standards

7.2 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable items after 24 hours
• Opened packaged goods
• Custom or personalized orders

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
